About

I believe life is meant to be vibrant, healthy, and full of joy – and my mission is to help others experience that too. As a keynote speaker, Functional Nutritionist, and Gut and Hormone Practitioner, I inspire people to take back their health, happiness, and energy, no matter what challenges life throws their way.

My passion for wellness is born from a deeply personal journey. When my two sons were born critically ill, I found myself in the toughest battle of my life – four years filled with medical procedures, sleepless nights, and pushing through exhaustion. It was overwhelming, but during that time, I discovered powerful truths:

  • Food has the power to heal.
  • The human body is capable of extraordinary resilience.
  • Taking control of your health is one of the most empowering choices you can make.
  • We may break, but we also have the ability to rebuild.

Once I emerged from that struggle, I knew I had to share what I’d learned. Now, I travel the world speaking at events and working with individuals who are ready to feel their best again. Whether on stage or working one-on-one with clients, my goal is to spark positive change, helping people heal, grow, and live the vibrant lives they deserve.

In my coaching and practice, I take a deeply personalized approach. Every body is unique, and that’s something to celebrate! I offer comprehensive lab testing and create custom wellness plans to support everything from gut health and hormone balance to stress management, athletic performance, and beyond. My mission is to help you figure out what you need to truly thrive.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom, ocean lover, and runner, embracing life’s wild ride – often flying by the seat of my pants! But I’ve learned that living fully starts with self-care and self-love. It’s not just about surviving tough times; it’s about making room for joy, energy, and meaningful connections.

If you’re ready to make real changes and feel amazing, I’d love to be part of your journey. Let’s work together to rebuild, recharge, and embrace the healthiest, happiest version of you – because life is too short to feel anything less than extraordinary.
